Sabrina’s experience in the Industry has given her a platform to influence directions in landscape design for open space planning and urban green-space development.

As Director of Sabrina Hahn – Hort with Heart she has been involved in all aspects of landscaping, policy development and community consultation.

Sabrina brings to the forefront the importance of well-designed outdoor spaces.

Her designed outdoor spaces cater for the needs of different age groups, reinforce positive behavioural changes and create conversations and chance meetings with different groups within the precinct.
