With mixed emotions, I am announcing that I will be reducing my work commitments, which means that our business, Hort with Heart, will be closing. I encourage you to visit your local independent nursery to purchase the last of our stock.  The only product still available online is our most popular item, Trace. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for being part of the Hort with Heart journey and for all the support you have shown over the past few years.

Please note that the closure of Hort with Heart does not affect Grow Safe Mineral Fertilisers, which can still be purchased from independent nurseries and hardware stores.
