After such a lovely spell of rain, it’s uplifting to walk outside and soak up the warm sunshine. Spring has a very special feel to it, birds collecting nesting material, bugs landing on fresh succulent new growth, the colour of flowers is deeper and longer lasting and fruit trees are popping with green shoots.

Most gardeners are eager to get stuck into new projects and have a vision for developing new areas in the garden and moving back outside to entertain. The weather is perfect for those chores that we put off in winter and mid summer, so strike while the enthusiasm is high and let those creative juices flow.
